Delicacy of artisan ice cream, Caldo Freddo owes its name to the sublime mix of cold (ice cream) and hot (dark chocolate that covers the composition) ingredients.

Enriched with sponge cake soaked in liqueur and whipped cream, it is usually served in a small lemmo, the terracotta container used for Trapani cous cous.
