Arrival at the airport and individual transfer to Trapani; from here you will reach Erice with the panoramic cable car.

Guided tour of this delightful medieval village that still retains its ancient charm with its characteristic arches, narrow winding streets, decorated courtyards and small shops.

Stop at the San Carlo pastry shop for a presentation of this ancient workshop and of traditional Erice sweets, the fruit of the wisdom handed down by the cloistered nuns to a lucky few who still honour them today. Sweets made with almonds and sugar are an unmissable experience.

Followed by an aperitif at the municipal wine shop of Erice, run by the Strada del Vino Erice DOC (designation of origin).

Tasting of the wines produced by the member wineries accompanied by rich boards of local products.

Individual transfer to Trapani for a guided tour of the fish market where you will buy fish for the cooking class at Nuara, a centre of gastronomic culture housed in a historic courtyard just outside Trapani.
Under the expert guidance of a local chef, you will prepare Trapani couscous. Lunch with the prepared dish.

In the afternoon, free visit to the city of Trapani, which fascinates for the richness of its historic centre, with its Baroque churches and sumptuous palaces.

Stop at the Coralli e preziosi shop of Graffeo Alfonso, one of the last craftsmen-artists in coral working, a tradition that has made Trapani famous since the second half of the 16th century.

Street food dinner at the restaurant ‘A Nassa where you can taste the mixed fried food in the traditional cone.

Individual transfer to the port of Trapani for a fishing trip in the company of a local fisherman. This will not only be a fishing experience, but also a chance to learn first-hand about the daily habits of a Sicilian fisherman, who will share with guests the anecdotes of a life at sea.

Lunch on board with typical local products. Alternatively, transfer to Bonagia, a fishing village at the foot of Valderice.

Guided visit to the fishing museum, located inside the tower of the Tonnara, which houses tools and utensils that tell the story of tuna fishing. This is followed by a tasting of fine tuna products accompanied by an excellent local wine.

Individual return to the airport.
