Arrival at the airport and individual transfer to Trapani.
Time for an individual visit to the city of Trapani, which is fascinating for the richness of its historic centre, with its Baroque churches and sumptuous palaces.
Participation in a cookery class at the Nuara centre for gastronomic culture, housed in a beautiful historic courtyard just outside Trapani. Tuna will be the absolute protagonist of the recipes that will be prepared, tasted together with the chef at the end of the activities in the kitchen.
Free overnight stay in Trapani.
Individual transfer to the Baglio Fontanasalsa farm for a lunch with guided tasting of extra virgin olive oil, combined with typical local dishes. The oil pressed here has been awarded of the “Valli Trapanesi” Protected Designation of Origin.
In the afternoon, individual transfer to the Stagnone area for a free visit to the Nature Reserve, a place of extraordinary beauty, where, alongside the exceptional natural landscape, you can appreciate the windmills typical of the Trapani coast.
An obligatory stop in the Reserve is a guided visit to the Ettore e Infersa Mill, a leap into the past to retrace the history of the salt pans and the ancient culture of salt extraction and processing. The visit will provide an in-depth look at all the characteristics of the mill and details of how the gears work.
This will be followed by a thematic tasting, during which visitors will be able to sample some unusual varieties of salt, both pure and flavoured, in combination with typical Sicilian products such as fresh bread, olive oil, cherry tomatoes, fresh seasonal fruit and a refreshingly freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Individual transfer to Marsala, a city of history, wine and sea.
Free visit to the historic centre of Marsala and then transfer to the historic Florio Cellars, built in tuff stone by Vincenzo Florio in 1832, among the oldest in Sicily and famous for the production of Marsala wine.
Followed by a tasting of Marsala wine accompanied by local products.
Lunch at the Ciacco Putia restaurant, also in Marsala.
