3-course menu at the Stravento Restaurant

Stravento Restaurant is located on the northern seafront of Trapani, in the historic centre and adjacent to the Imperial Bastion. It has a terrace overlooking the sea. The characteristics of the cuisine are certainly originality and innovation, the refinement of the raw materials and the quality of the products.

Chef Rocco Di Marzo, the restaurant's owner, is in fact very attentive to the search for raw materials and the pure extraction of taste. He particularly aims to respect the ingredients of the territory and tradition.
