3-course menu at the Salamureci Restaurant

The Salmureci Restaurant in Trapani's historic centre is run by young chef Michele Bellezza, who has been coming from a family of cooks and pastry chefs for more than 10 years.

Here they try to respect Trapani's tradition by carrying on the values of a town and region with a millenary history, even if the chef does not underestimate some innovation to modify some historical dishes.
Having also rooms, the structure tries to offer hospitality and good food to tourists from all countries.
