Salt harvesting

In the heart of the "salt route", along a stretch of land lapped by the sea that represents an environmental unicum among the most characteristic in the Mediterranean, the long and evocative history of the Ettore Infersa saltworks is born.

Salt harvesting: during the salt harvesting period, it is possible to enter the salt pans and take part in this experience of touching the sea salt with one's own hands.
